Setup

Getting started

Create your gym, pick a plan, and get your first members and memberships in.

Setting a gym up takes about ten minutes: create the account, pick a plan, then add the memberships you sell and the people who train on them.

Create your gym

  1. Sign up with your email, or with Google.
  2. Name your gym. That name appears on the member portal, on receipts and on anything a member signs.
  3. Choose a plan. The 30-day trial needs a card, and nothing is charged until it ends.
  4. Finish setup: accept the terms, confirm the gym name, and create your first membership plan.

Set your time zone

Under Settings → Gym, pick the gym's time zone. It decides what counts as "today" on the check-in screen and in daily sales, and when the nightly renewal run happens. Leave it wrong and a Tuesday-evening class can land on Wednesday.

Add members

Add them one at a time under Members, or bring your whole roster over at once — see importing your members. Each member can have a belt and stripe count, emergency contact, and a family they belong to.

Get paid

Connect a payment provider before you assign memberships, so dues can start collecting straight away. That's the next guide: taking payments.
